Happy Birthday James

Thats what we all said on the 5th and thats what they said at "Joes Motorcycles" (rubbing their hands with glee:-) on Saturday. The before DMCR ride photo. James and Craig in thier new riding gear (Craigs boots are James' handmedowns).

This is a photo of Leigh Lawton in a regimental uniform He spent 23 years with the British Hussars in India. He is a very old man in this photo so it must have been taken around the 1870s-1880s, in Australia. Thanks go to my distant cousin Judith for sending the photo.

Where did July go

Whoops, blogging went on the backburner .

Would have been more photos of Motorbikes, horseriding, Soccer , AFL and the pets antics.

Maybe a photo of a Jonquil or two in the garden....spring is on its way.
